Advantage | Pay2Win?

All our packages are designed to make the life of our sponsors a bit easier in order to give a reason for sponsoring. We are not a fan of pay2win but have to pay our bills, which is why all non-cosmetic perks from the donor shop may be obtained using free-to-play in-game methods. This provides sponsors with convenience and time-saving features, while still allowing free-to-play players to earn the perks in-game.

Something went wrong or you did not receive your package within half a day?
If you did not receive your package within half a day or something went wrong, please don't hesitate to contact us via our Discord server. Our Discord server is the fastest way to get a hold of the right people to solve the issue as fast as possible.

Refunds
The packages you can buy on this shop are virtual and don't have a real equivalent. Furthermore, you get direct access to them and items you've been given cannot be properly returned without some continued impact on gameplay. This means there will be no refunds granted.

The attempt of bypassing the refund policy (e.g. non-authorized disputes with your credit card institute or PayPal) will result in a permanent ban from ZaiynneSMP. In a case of abuse, this can also lead to a police investigation or a report filed to the Internet Crimes Division.

If you have serious financial issues, contact us and we might be able to work something out - We are not a profit-hungry group, but we have to protect ourselves from abuse.
