Terms and Conditions

In the Terms Below, “ZaiynneSMP,” “we,” “our,” and “us,” are referring to ZaiynneSMP and ZaiynneSMP’s Minecraft Server & Services. “You” and “your” are referencing the purchase/user.

Upon submitting your donations to the ZaiynneSMP Community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General:

  • ZaiynneSMP reserves the right to revoke your perks, ranks or rewarded content at any point in time.
  • All donations made to ZaiynneSMP are final and cannot be refunded, nor transferred.
  • Chargebacks are not permitted. In the case that you should attempt a chargeback, you will be permanently removed from the ZaiynneSMP server(s).
  • ZaiynneSMP reserves the right to change prices, ranks, perks, and benefits that you are donating for at any point in time without notice.

Receiving Your Benefits:

  • Upon checking out with your ZaiynneSMP donation package, you fully understand the items in which you are receiving and take full responsibility for any loss of items due to failure of inventory space. We will not refund or transfer the items back to you in the case that the items are lost due to the above statement.
  • You hereby agree to the terms of expiry in our packages and agree to the timer beginning upon completion of your donation.
  • In the case that you are removed from our community for any reason, you cannot receive a refund, nor can the items be transferred for any reason.

Payments & Authorization:

Legitimacy of Payments:

All payments being made must have the expressed authorization of the account and card holder. Payments that are made without their prior authorization are not permitted by ZaiynneSMP. Should an issue arise, ZaiynneSMP reserves the right to remove any virtual goods and restrict/remove said user’s access to the community.

The values stated on our store page are of the U.S. Currency (US Dollar). Please be aware that some financial institutions may charge, depending on payment method, a fee for exchange that can vary based on your donation amount. We cannot control these charges, and we cannot reimburse you for them.

Donation Method(s) and Processing:

All donations are accepted through our CraftingStore page (zaiynnesmp.craftingstore.net or subdomain shop.zaiynnesmp.com). You are held responsible for properly filling out all fields in order to receive your items. Should an error occur, you are responsible for contacting the ZaiynneSMP staff with proper verification so that we can properly identify your donation receipt.

Payments made through our CraftingStore page are processed within 24-48 hours of submission. Upon verification, your virtual privileges will be delivered within 15 minutes. Should these privileges not be applied within the 15 minutes of successful submission, you should reach out to a ZaiynneSMP staff member. If your nickname and prefix do not immediately change, but your permissions have been applied, please reach out to a ZaiynneSMP staff member to make sure these are updated.

PayPal may hold payments sent from unverified accounts, or payments by check until your financial institution clears the transaction. You acknowledge awareness of this scenario and understand that this can cause a delay in processing by up to two weeks. ZaiynneSMP does not have any control over said holds and we will not be able to apply your privileges until the transaction is fully complete and confirmed.

Refunds & Cancellation(s):

Any and all payments made to ZaiynneSMP are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with an outcome, you acknowledge that a refund should not be expected, nor given. Please feel free to reach out to us in this scenario.

Upon completion of your donation, you fully understand that once your virtual items are delivered, you cannot cancel or charge back the payment. Disputing or Chargebacks may result in your permanent removal from ZaiynneSMP and all its services.

By agreeing to ZaiynneSMP's Terms and Conditions, you are hereby stating that:

  1. You are 18 Years of Age or Older or have your Parent/Legal Guardian's permission to complete this donation.
  2. You have full authorization to use the payment method selected for this donation.
  3. You will not use your perks/gifts/ranks abusively.
  4. You fully understand that these donations are non-refundable, non-disputable, and are final. They cannot be reversed, disputed, or charged back.

Failure to comply with ZaiynneSMP's Terms & Conditions can lead to Permanent Bans/IP Bans from all ZaiynneSMP services.
